Return/Refund Policy:

To ensure your shopping experience with us is worry-free, we provide a 7-day return policy on non-customized tumblers, glass cans, and coffee mugs. This means that you have a one-week period after receiving your item to request a return. 

However, please note that customized items, all stickers, all magnets, and all coasters cannot be returned unless the error was made on our part.  For custom orders, PLEASE double check your order before placing it.  We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, you must contact us at  If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund, so kindly keep this in mind.

If your order is returned to us due to insufficient address or incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipment charges.  If you notice an error in your address and your order is still in process, please send us a note ASAP to and we will correct the address for you.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it for any damages or issues. If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you happen to receive the wrong item, please get in touch with us right away so we can evaluate the matter and resolve it to your satisfaction. Please send us an email containing your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and a photo of the defect or damage. Just like with returns, we request that you reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure prompt attention to your concern.
