Each product is handmade to order. Our standard processing time for our product is 7 to 10 days, and in some cases, we can ship them out even faster. Yippee!!! We're always excited to deliver your order sooner than expected! However, during the holiday season, from late November through December, we do experience high order volumes, and our turnaround time may extend up to 2 weeks. To avoid delays, we encourage you to place your orders well in advance for holidays. Please check our homepage for the cut-off dates for guaranteed delivery during major holidays.

Our goal is to create a brand of exceptional products that are made to last for a long time. Although there are companies that can quickly mass-produce products, we haven't come across any that can match the level of quality and service we offer.

Shipping ultimately depends on the carrier. Delivery is usually within 7-10 business days during the year once your order has been processed.

Tumblers and Glass Cans: Not dishwasher safe, not microwave safe, avoid extreme heat, hand wash only and do not soak. Our Tumblers and Glass Cans are handmade with love, so please handle them with care.

Magnets and Stickers: For best results, apply your sticker to a clean, dry, and flat surface. To maintain the best appearance of your magnets and/or stickers, please avoid harsh cleaning chemicals as well as harsh weather conditions (direct sunlight, rain, snow, etc).

Leather Coasters: These coasters are made from full grain leather and will take on a history and patina with use, but we recommend an occasional wipe down with your favorite leather lotion or conditioner to restore some luster.
